A street Accident Paragraph

Suddenly, a bus came at a very high speed. A rickshaw was in front of the bus. Within a moment, the bus hit the rickshaw. The rickshaw puller fell on the road and was badly injured. The accident happened so fast that no one could understand anything at first.

I quickly ran to the spot. Some other people also came forward to help. We managed an ambulance and took the injured rickshaw puller to the nearest hospital. Unfortunately, the doctor said that he was no more. His family members arrived soon and started crying loudly. The scene was very painful to watch. Another day, I also saw a road accident near my school. There was no traffic police at the crossing. A car hit a rickshaw while crossing the road. A school boy and his mother were hurt. People helped them and took them to a doctor. I felt very sad for them.

Street accidents have now become a common problem in our country. The main causes are reckless driving, breaking traffic rules, and lack of traffic control. Many innocent people lose their lives every year because of road accidents.

This experience shocked me deeply. I cannot forget the scene. The government and the people should be more careful. Traffic rules must be followed strictly to reduce street accidents.

Last week, I personally witnessed a terrible street accident in Dhaka, which I will never forget. The accident took place at Shahbagh at about 11:00 a.m. At that time, I was going to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) Hospital to see my sick friend. The road was very busy. There were many buses, cars, taxis, rickshaws, and auto-rickshaws on both sides of the road. I was standing very close to the spot.

Suddenly, a bus came from the south at a very high speed. A rickshaw was moving in front of the bus. In a moment, the bus hit the rickshaw badly. The rickshaw puller fell down on the road. Everything happened so quickly that people could not understand what to do at first.

I at once ran to the spot. Some other people also came forward to help. We stopped the traffic and managed an ambulance. With the help of others, we took the injured rickshaw puller to Dhaka Medical College Hospital. Sadly, the doctor on duty declared him dead. After some time, his wife and son arrived at the hospital. The scene was very painful and shocking. I felt very sad for the poor family.

Another day, I also saw a road accident near my school. It is a turning point where five roads meet. There is often traffic jam, but no traffic police remain there. A car hit a rickshaw while crossing the road. A school boy and his mother were injured. People helped them and took them to a nearby doctor. This accident happened mainly because of careless driving and lack of traffic control.

Street accidents happen for many reasons. Reckless driving, unskilled drivers, breaking traffic rules, and overtaking are the main causes. Overloading vehicles also increase the risk of accidents. Due to road accidents, many families lose their only earning member, and many people suffer throughout their lives. This experience made me very thoughtful. I can never forget the accident I witnessed. To reduce street accidents, drivers must follow traffic rules strictly. The authority should take proper steps, and people should be more careful on the road.

Some kind-hearted people stopped the traffic and managed an ambulance. The injured person was taken to the nearest hospital. Sadly, the doctors could not save him. After some time, his family members arrived, and the scene became very painful. This accident made me realize how fragile human life is.

Sometimes pedestrians are also careless. They do not use zebra crossings, foot overbridges, or underground passages. The effects of road accidents are very serious. Many families lose their only earning member. Many people become disabled for life. Children become orphans, and wives become widows. Thus, street accidents are truly a curse to our society.

To reduce street accidents, strict enforcement of traffic rules is necessary. Drivers must be trained properly and punished for breaking rules. Pedestrians should be more careful while crossing roads. Awareness programs through television, radio, and social media can play an important role. The government should improve road conditions and ensure proper traffic management.

In conclusion, this experience taught me an important lesson about road safety. Life is priceless, and one moment of carelessness can destroy many lives. If everyone becomes responsible and follows traffic rules sincerely, we can make our roads safer and save countless lives.
