All the mice liked the idea and praised the young mouse. But an old mouse stood up and asked, “The plan is good, but who will tie the bell around the cat's neck?”
Hearing this, all the mice became silent. No one was brave enough to do the dangerous job. So their plan failed.
Moral: Easy to say, but difficult to do.
