One day, a lion was sleeping peacefully under a tree in a forest. A little mouse was playing nearby. While running around, it accidentally climbed onto the lion’s body. The lion woke up angrily and caught the mouse in his paw. He decided to kill it. The frightened mouse begged for mercy and said, “Please forgive me this time. One day I may help you.” The lion laughed at the idea because the mouse was very small. Still, he felt pity and let it go.

It worked tirelessly and soon cut through the net. At last, the lion was free. The lion thanked the mouse sincerely and admitted that he had been wrong to underestimate such a small creature. He learned that everyone, regardless of size or strength, has value and can be helpful in times of need. From then on, the lion and the mouse became true friends.
